1. Digital Products

All our offerings, including interview question sets, eBooks, guides, and other downloadable or viewable resources, are considered digital products. Once accessed or downloaded, these are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

We only offer refunds in the following scenarios:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product.

  • You faced a technical issue that prevented access to the purchased material, and our support team could not resolve it within a reasonable time.

  • You purchased a product by mistake and have not downloaded or accessed it in any form.

  • the refund will be credited to customers account within 7 to 10 working days

To request a refund, please email us at info@intervuequestions.com within 7 days of your purchase, along with the payment receipt and reason for your request.

 

3. No Refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Claims of content not meeting personal expectations (we encourage reviewing free content before purchase)

  • Failure to prepare or succeed in an interview — our content is designed to support, not guarantee, job outcomes
